What is Lift Support
Lift support is a hydraulic or gas-filled device used to lift and hold open heavy components like hoods, trunks, or tailgates. It operates by using internal pressure to counterbalance the weight, allowing for smooth lifting and controlled closure. Lift support plays a vital role in vehicle security and convenience, ensuring easy connect and avoiding accidental closures.

How to install Lift Support
To install lift support, start by safely securing the object it supports, such as the hood or trunk. Extract the decrepit lift support by detaching the end fittings. Attach the new lift support by aligning it with the mounting points and snapping or screwing it into place. Ensure both ends are securely fastened before assessing the lift and hdecrepit functionality.
