eBay is a community of trade in which products are not physically inspected or tested by a customer prior to purchase. Therefore, all registered eBay users are responsible for reading each individual listing prior to making a purchase and confirm that they understand the terms of the sale prior to completing a transaction.

It is not in my best interest to make inaccurate claims regarding the operational or cosmetic state of this item and I guarantee that I have not knowingly posted any false information on any of my listings. However, it is simply not cost-effective to invest time & money into fully testing some of our equipment & therefore certain items are sold "untested" or "as-is" with no warranty.

It is my responsibility to fully disclose this information to potential buyers & make you aware of what you are buying.
