Product Overview

Canberra's 556A AIM, or Acquisition Interface Module, links NIM analog-to-digital converters to a computer over Ethernet. It sits in a Nuclear Instrumentation Module (NIM) bin beside the ADCs and carries the converted data to the acquisition software. This unit did not light at power up, so it is offered to a technician who can repair it or to a lab that needs its parts.
