If the return is sent back on customer’s label, the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

When customer’s label was used for the return, we reserve the right to reject returned products after inspection (i.e. physical damage, incomplete packaging). If physical damage occurred during return shipping, we will notify the costumer promptly. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and start a damage claim immediately. We will keep damaged returns for 10 weeks; after that time period we will dispose of items locally without issuing credit or further notice.

Refund will be processed within 3 business days upon arrival of merchandise.
