*** THANK YOU for shopping with polka dot soul... we sincerely appreciate your business!

*** PLEASE feel free to contact us through eBay Messenger with any questions.

*** OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Here at polka dot soul, our priority is to help you discover great deals on unique, quality products.

*** OUR GOAL IS 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

*** CREDENTIALS: Since 2003, polka dot soul has worked very hard to build our reputation as an honest and trusted eBay seller and buyer, as proven by the thousands of positive feedback ratings our store has gratefully accumulated.

*** NOTICE: By bidding on/purchasing any items, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the description and condition, made any inquiries to us that you may have, and you are also agreeing with the following store policies:

*** PAYMENT: PayPal Only. When paying for Auction or Best Offer, please pay as soon as you are able.

*** SHIPPING: Purchases shipped out within 3 days. We apologize that we have had to start to charge for shipping. For those who aren't aware, sellers pay a monthly store fee, 12-13% final value fees on sales, shipping, sales tax, and income tax. Our profit is already unreasonably low, so thank you for understanding.

*** FEEDBACK: Please leave us positive feedback, and we will return the favor! It is the buyer's responsibility to leave feedback first. This way, the seller knows that, #1: Buyer received the item, and that, #2: Buyer is satisfied with the item. We do not leave feedback for buyers who neglect to leave us feedback, since our reputation is built on that very feedback.

*** RETURNS: polka dot soul's goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction! We hope you are delighted with your purchase, and are satisfied in your experience with our store. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us through eBay Messenger BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback, and we will do our best to find a solution.

*** MISC: Additional items shown in photos are artistic expression only and not included in sale. We are very honest and describe the items to the best of our ability, but we are not experts in any field. If you see that an error has been made in the description, PLEASE inform us so that it can be corrected. Note that the actual color of the item may vary slightly from what you see on your computer or phone, due to differing monitor resolutions and/or light sources; it is for this reason that we use a variety of backgrounds and lighting. This is a smoke-free home, but we do have pets. The fur kids are kept away from the eBay area, and are not allowed to try on the clothes, however in some cases a pet hair may end up on something.

*** DAMAGE: Each item is checked carefully and any damage or flaw is noted in the description, as well as a photo of the imperfection

*** ALL secondhand & vintage has wear, as each item has been pre-loved, unless we specify otherwise, such as *like new* or *NOS* (new old stock). We do not specify normal wear. Keep in mind that if you are very particular, then secondhand or vintage may not be for you.

*** VINTAGE: When we describe something as *vintage*, we MEAN vintage: an item which is at least 20 years old. We are very honest about our listings, so if you see a mistake, PLEASE inform us, as it is unintentional. We believe in keeping AUTHENTICITY and INTEGRITY alive in the Vintage Marketplace!

*** CLOTHING: All clothing measurements are taken seam to seam while garment is lying flat, and then doubled for bust, waist, and hips. If measurements aren't included in listing or you need more details, feel free to contact us with inquiries. Items may be altered on mannequin for flattering fit, so please refer to size or measurements rather than judging by appearance.

*** PLEASANT eBAYING & SHOP HAPPY! ***
