Some used medical equipment needs maintenance and re-certification, which is a normal and legal requirement. It is highly recommended and wise to obtain proper certification prior to use and to have the unit thoroughly checked by a professional for its performance and safety parameters before actual use for patient care and/or diagnosis. Rubber tubing, seals and other such items often need to be replaced on a routine basis for preventive maintenance on several types of equipment. It is recommended that these items and the like be replaced as needed. We expect some items to have limited functionality and/or require repairs. The listed price takes this into consideration, and we ask buyers to take these purchase terms into account.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and seller's officers, directors, employees, agents, and shareholders against any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, demands, cost and expenses of every kind and nature, including but not limited to attorney's fees and litigation expenses, from or related to the equipment and any use thereof.
