Advantage: Constructed from 303 stainless steel, these repair nuts offer exceptional material properties. They exhibit stability, excellent performance, corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and high strength. Even in challenging environments, they maintain optimal functionality and longevity.
Instruction: The surface of these thread reducing nuts is smooth, with deep and clear threads that distribute force evenly. To facilitate installation and removal, each thread-reducing nut has a slot at the top for accommodating a flat head screwdriver, making it easier to screw them in.
Application: Repair insert nuts are essential components in industrial fastening systems and are commonly used in conjunction with screws or bolts. They serve as effective solutions for repairing damaged or incorrectly threaded holes. These versatile repair nuts find extensive application across various manufacturing sectors, including aviation, automotive, electronic communications, computers, lighting fixtures, mechanical equipment, radiators, etc.
Note: If there is a stripped M6 thread and you wish to continue using an M6 thread, you can use this method to expand the M6 thread to M8, and then recover it back to M6 using the repair nut. By reducing the diameter and utilizing stainless steel material, it will make the M8 thread stronger.
