Super Affordable Set: Equipped with 100Pcs high-quality brass threaded inserts available in 2 common size : M4xL4xD6 and M4xL8xD6 This set of equipment meets most daily assembly and maintenance needs.
High Quality Brass: Pofsnnx heat-set inserts are crafted from premium brass. Boasting excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, they feature outstanding anti-oxidation performance, and resist deformation and breakage. These products can easily withstand the high temperatures generated during plastic thermoforming.
Precise design: The external knurled structure increases friction, enabling a secure fit into plastic. The 45-degree helical knurling enhances torsional resistance and tensile strength, ensuring a more robust fastener.
Widely applicable: These inserts are designed for all thermoplastic materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP), and each product has undergone strict quality testing. Whether installed in 3D printed objects, injection molded plastic parts, automotive plastic shells, or laptop shells, these embedded devices provide reliable and durable solutions.
Installation is simple and safe: The brass threaded inserts can be installed in the components of a 3D printer by heating or using ultrasonic methods, or they can be molded during the injection molding process. They are also suitable for circuit board assembly and the electronics field. With an ordinary soldering iron, you can easily insert them into the 3D-printed holes.
