Pump-Type Sauce Warmer(Water-Barrier Heating)

Application:

The Pump-type sauce warmer has been widely used in places such as hotels, restaurants, cake shops, cafes, handmade chocolate shops, snack bars and cold drink stores. It can be used for the heating and heat preservation of chocolate sauce, jam and various kinds of sauce.

Features:

The machine features water-resisting heating of mechanical temperature control and an energy-saving heating plate is provided for adjustable temperature and heat preservation functions, thus realizing faster, more uniform sauce heating and heat preservation.Additionally, the body is constructed of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with a stainless steel pump-type quantitative discharging system with anti-blocking functions. Its user-friendly design ensures simple operation and guaranteed quality.

Parameters:

Voltage:110V
Power:400W
Temperature:30-85℃
Sauce pot capacity:2L*1

Precautions:

1)The product is made of stainless steel,it should be handled with care, and should not be inverted. It should not touch with corrosive objects. It should be placed in a horizontal place when using it.And acertain distance between the body and other objects should be kept to ensure sufficient space for heat dissipation.
2)The used power voltage must match the voltage parameter on the product nameplate;it is recommended to use a independent specialsocket(16A);the power supply must have a grounding wire to prevent static electricity generating in the stainless steel housing.
3)Dry burning of the stainless steel water tank is strictly prohibited as it can damage the heating plate and pose safety risks.
4)Please avoid placing the machine in a high-temperature environment, such as a gas stove or a kerosene stove.
5)If there are warnings such as"heating cylinder deformation, water leakage;damaged power cord",users should immediately stop using the machine.

Operation Methods：

1)First,check the stainless steel water tank for any foreign objects.
2)Insert the power plug into the special socket of the machine and check whether the power supply is well connected.
3)Check whether the machine is placed smoothly and stably. If not, users can adjust the four adjustable feet at the bottom to make the machine stable.
4)Pour 600ml of water into the stainless steel water tank for heating(Dry burning of the stainless steel water tank is strictly prohibited as it can damage the heating plate)
5)Place the sauce in a stainless steel sauce pot and wait to use.
6)After the machine is powered on,turn on the power switch(Switch),the switch light is on,adjust the temperature to 40-60℃(due to different varieties of chocolate sauce, room temperatures, applications and requirements, the temperature can be rose or dropped properly.Do not overheat to avoid destroy the sauce),at this time the machine starts to work(the red light is on).
7)When the heating temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature controller will cut off the power automatically and the heating plate stops working;when the temperature drops to the preset lower limit temperature, the temperature controller will turn on the power switch automatically and the machine starts to heat up again.Such operations will be cycledto ensure that the temperature in the heating cylinder is constant within the set range.
●If the machine will not be used for a long time, please turn off the power switch or lower the temperature to 40℃ for heat preservation to avoid repeated heating for too long and affecting the taste of the chocolate sauce.
●The water heating time reference standard for the machine is as follows:Whenthe temperature control is set to 60℃,with the water temperature at approximately 27℃ and the water tank capacity at 600ml,the stainless steel inner tank will take about 10 minutes to heat the water to 60℃.
●Caution:The heating time of the actual test above is only for reference;the heating time will be different corresponding to different types of sauces, room temperatures, water temperatures, set temperatures and other factors.
8)Press the stainless steel pump handle to dispense a quantitative amount of sauce after the sauce is heated.。
9)After use, please turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug(please do not pull the power line to avoid tearing the wire). After use, please clean the heating cylinder when the water temperature drops completely.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

1)When being cleaned and maintained, the power should be turned off to prevent accidents.

2)After use, clean the surface of the mainbody, the heating cylinder and the operation panel using corrosive cleaner free wet towel every day after the heating cylinder is cooled to appropriate temperature.Watch out not to drip water in the machine, otherwise it may cause damage to the electrical performance and lead to short circuit.

3)Do not wash the machine directly with running water.
