USA Made Nickel 200 Hydrogen Generator Cell – Alkaline Electrolyzer – 12V 30A

Solid Nickel 200 Electrodes — Not Stainless Steel

The majority of electrolysis cells sold online use stainless steel electrodes. This cell is built with solid Nickel 200—one of the preferred materials for alkaline hydrogen production.

Unlike stainless steel electrode cells, this electrolysis cell contains no stainless steel electrodes.

Stainless steel electrodes can generate chromium-containing corrosion products, including hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)), during alkaline electrolysis. Because this cell uses Nickel 200 electrodes that contain no chromium, there is no chromium in the electrode material available to contaminate the electrolyte.

Nickel 200 electrodes also eliminate the iron corrosion products commonly associated with stainless steel electrode systems, helping maintain a cleaner electrolyte and reducing contamination over time.

If you're looking for a premium electrolysis cell rather than another stainless steel unit, this cell was designed with that goal in mind.

Built by Hydrogen Professionals

This electrolysis cell is designed and built by Hydrogen For Health, a U.S. company that has specialized in hydrogen generation equipment for more than a decade. Our products are used by customers around the world in research, wellness, educational, and custom hydrogen generation applications.

When you purchase this cell, you're buying from a company with years of real-world experience designing, testing, and supporting hydrogen generation systems—not simply reselling imported components.

Premium Construction

Every component of this electrolysis cell has been selected for durability, chemical resistance, and long service life.

The cell contains 11 solid Nickel 200 electrode plates, precision laser cut for consistent performance and long-term durability.

Each electrode is separated by precision machine die-cut 1/16-inch commercial-grade silicone gaskets, providing uniform plate spacing throughout the entire stack. Consistent spacing helps ensure reliable operation and uniform electrolyte flow.

The stack is compressed between thick 3/4-inch HDPE end plates, providing excellent chemical resistance while maintaining even pressure across the electrode assembly.

Heavy-duty stainless steel compression hardware securely holds the assembly together, while push-to-connect fittings make installation simple.

Why Invest in a Nickel 200 Cell?

Not all electrolysis cells are built the same.

While most electrolysis cells on the market use stainless steel electrodes, this cell is constructed with solid Nickel 200, one of the preferred materials for alkaline hydrogen production.

When you purchase this cell, you're investing in:
