Edwards nEXT240D 160W Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump with Power Supply

Model: nEXT240D 160W

Code / P/N: B812-00-100

Serial No.: 129440953

Input: 24–48 VDC

Country of Origin: Czech Republic

This unit was removed from a PerkinElmer Clarus SQ 8 T Mass Spectrometer.

Included in this sale are the Edwards nEXT240D turbomolecular pump, power supply, and associated cables/wiring shown in the photos.

Testing performed:

The pump requires an external control/start signal to initiate operation. We do not have the appropriate controller or setup available to provide this signal.

Therefore, only a basic power-on test was performed.

* Power was applied successfully.

* The power supply indicator illuminated.

* The indicator light on the nEXT240D pump illuminated.

* The pump was not electronically commanded to start, so motor-driven operation was not tested.

* The internal rotor/blades were gently moved using air pressure and rotated smoothly without obvious binding.

No vacuum performance, operating speed, ultimate pressure, communication interface, or full system operation was tested.

Because testing is limited, this unit is sold AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR with no guarantee of full functionality.

Please review all photos carefully. Only the pump, power supply, cables, and other items actually shown in the photos are included.
