Specification
Material: iron + ABS
Wire diameter range: 2-25mm/0.08-1 inch
Power: drill powered/hand crank
Used for: Copper wire/aluminum wire/sheathed wire/soft wire/hard wire and other types of wire and cables

Key points for machine use:
1. Check that the cutter aligns with the V-slotof the gear; if not, adjust the cutter.
2. Ensure the wire enters the machine in a straight line and that there is no gap between the gears.
3. Check if the cutter rotates freely by turning it by hand; if it does not, adjust the screws on both sides of the cutter.
4. The wire-inlet plate should remain in the lower position so the wire travels upward (use the hand crank to assist with the upward feed).
5. When feeding the wire through, do not apply excessive pressure with the cutter; adjust the pressure gradually while observing the cut. Apply only enough pressure to slice through the wire insulation—pressing too hard at once causes the cutter to dig in too deeply, preventing the wire from moving forward.
