DISCLOSURES

------------------------------------------------------------

SCREEN: If this item has a screen, used panels may have minor

scratches, dead pixels, backlight bleed, or burn-in not always

visible in photos. Major issues only are disclosed.

CONDITION FROM PRIOR USE: Items came from various households -

we disclose visible smoke/pet residue or odor when present, but

porous materials (foam, fabric, filters) may retain odors we

can't detect. Factor this in if you have sensitivities.

ACCESSORIES: Remotes, mounts, antennas, cables, lens caps, and

packaging are NOT included unless pictured and listed above.

ACCOUNTS/RESET: Smart TVs, consoles, and connected devices are

factory-reset where possible. A prior owner's account tied

through a service we can't reach (activation, region lock) is

sold as-is.

OPTICS: If this is a camera or lens, expect possible minor dust

or haze not always visible in photos. Shutter count and sensor

condition aren't verified.

BATTERY / POWER TOOL / DRIVE HEALTH: If this item is a battery,

power tool, or storage drive, its remaining life is unknown and

not guaranteed - used batteries and drives can fail without

warning, and we can't predict how long they'll last. Drives are

securely wiped before shipping; don't rely on a used drive as

your only copy of important data. Damaged batteries are never

shipped - inspect before use and stop using if you see swelling

or leakage.

SECONDARY FEATURES: Inputs, outputs, and individual components

in multi-part items may not all be tested unless marked

"Comprehensive Testing."

------------------------------------------------------------

WE SELL RECYCLED ELECTRONICS

------------------------------------------------------------

These items were sent to a recycling facility for a reason. We

aren't IT professionals or refurbishers - if you want a

brand-new retail experience, shop elsewhere. Expect cosmetic

wear and functional quirks consistent with age and prior use.

Vintage items and mixed lots are sold untested, for hobbyists,

repair techs, and collectors who don't mind the gamble.

------------------------------------------------------------

THE "NO" LIST

------------------------------------------------------------

NO CHARGERS/ACCESSORIES/REMOTES unless explicitly listed above.

NO DROP SHIPPERS - offenders are blocked and reported to eBay.

NO FREIGHT FORWARDING REFUNDS - all sales final once the item

reaches the forwarding hub.

NO INTERNATIONAL BATTERIES - lithium batteries are removed

before international shipment (or the order is cancelled/

refunded for battery-only listings); no partial refunds.

------------------------------------------------------------

Parts & Repair: non-working, buy only if you can fix it.

As-Is: untested, buy at your own risk.

else guaranteed.

expect minor cosmetic/secondary quirks.

------------------------------------------------------------

SHIPPING & RETURNS

------------------------------------------------------------

Returns follow this item's condition: Parts & Repair, As-Is,

and vintage/lot listings are final sale - no returns for

functional issues, age, or lot composition. All other tiers

follow eBay's standard return window; if this had free

shipping, actual outbound shipping cost plus a restocking fee

is deducted from returns. International buyers are responsible

for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please review the

listing and photos carefully before bidding.

------------------------------------------------------------

By purchasing, you accept the condition and terms above,

including final-sale terms if applicable to this tier.
