WE ARE A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS AND INCLUDE A SMALL GOSPEL PAMPHLET WITH ALL PURCHASES. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ONE WITH YOUR ORDER PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Thank you for your time looking at our listing! We strive to have the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible. We treat our customers like family and our goal is to get people the hard-to-find parts they need in a pinch at the lowest price available anywhere.

We do our best to provide quality pictures and notate any defects and/or missing accessories we can find when applicable. We are really good! However, we are not perfect!!

So, if you feel a mistake has been made or there is any kind of problem after you receive your item, PLEASE message us directly on the eBay messaging platform and let us know what is going on FIRST. We will do everything in our power to find a resolution you are happy with!

PLEASE DO NOT go straight to leaving Neutral/Negative Feedback.

Also PLEASE DO NOT go straight to starting a Return Case-as that will limit our ability to simply send a replacement when that is possible and can slow down the refund if that is what a situation calls for.

We are very responsive to the messages we receive and we will do everything possible to ensure a positive experience for our buyers. All we ask in return is that you come to us FIRST!!
