Shipping

Ships from Japan with tracking on every order.
Every item is inspected by hand and packed with protection before it leaves us.
Delivery time varies by item — please check the estimated delivery date shown above.
Remote delivery areas: if your address is outside the carrier's standard delivery area, the carrier may charge an additional fee. This is charged by the carrier, not by us.

Import Duties — Please Read

For buyers in the United States

Import duties and customs fees are already included in the item price. You pay nothing extra when your parcel arrives. Please buy with confidence.

For buyers outside the United States

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. These vary by country, so please check with your local customs office before buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering courier, or when you collect the parcel. Please do not confuse them with the shipping cost — they are a separate charge from your government, not from us.

We do not mark merchandise below its value, and we do not mark items as "gifts". Both US and international regulations prohibit this, so please do not ask.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping — sending an item back costs you nothing. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, message us first. We will replace it or refund you in full.
