Testimonials:

Why Air?

Pneumatic (air operated) presses have many advantages over hydraulic and mechanical presses. Hydraulic fluid is toxic and extra precautions are required in your food safety plan to negate hazards. Mechanical presses are complicated and expensive to fix. Both hydraulic and mechanical presses are heavy compared to an air actuated one.

Will an Air Press be powerful enough?

Yes, the pounds per square inch of pressing power will match other types of presses.

Other advantages?

Our customers are able to custom tune air pressures to optimize how a particular product will press. They find that every product reacts differently and that other presses only allow the user one behavior to how product is molded therefore not meeting their needs.

We were looking for a solution to increase our pie crust production. We looked at many different pie presses new and used. Based on the price and ease of use we decided to go with Inline Pie press for our pressing solution. 3 years later and 50,000 pie shells later our machine is going strong and we are buying a bigger machine from Inline to take it to the next level. I cant say enough good things about inline pie! A few years back I purchased a vintage dial-o-matic pie press. When I got it, it had no instructions, and very little to go on except the makers stamp on front. Luckily I ran across inline, who walked me through a lot of frustration and has since built me 3 dies for it. Weather you need info on a old machine or are purchasing a new one from inline, I highly recommend you contact inline first and get the 1 on 1 service you will receive! Marci bennett, owner Simpli Edibles Ilwaco,

As a result of rapid growth in our allergen free Bakery, we needed to expand our pie production to accommodate our first order with a grocery store chain. We purchased a Pie Press from Inline pies and we were very impressed with the professionalism and patience that Jim offered as we were inexperienced in these types of machines. The freight company damaged the press in delivery and Jim’s top concern was that he get a new one to us as soon as possible. We were soon up and running and it has been a big cost savings in labor and time saver using the pie press. We delivered to our new customer and handled our holidays orders to everyone’s satisfaction. In all of my years in business, it is rare to find a company whose follow up and follow through is as genuine as what we found with Inline Pies. I highly recommend purchasing from them, as you can be certain that your satisfaction is truly their first concern. Starseed Bakery

In early 2018, we opened our food truck, Ma Taylor's Kitchen in Phoenix, Arizona specializing in scratch made comfort food, including pot pies. It was apparent from the beginning we needed to find a way to produce our product efficiently. After an exhaustive search with less than stellar responses, we found InLine Pie. Jim was responsive and knowledgeable from the start and we immediately felt we'd found the right fit. We purchased the AR-1 which arrived exactly when we were told it would. It was an easy set up and once we tweaked temp setting for our particular pastry, it's been easy, trouble free sailing, producing thousands of pies over the past 2 years. We were initially concerned about the quality of the pastry using a press but were quickly reassured when the product turned out beautifully and we received Phoenix Magazine's Best New Food Truck in 2018 for our scratch made pot pies! Many thanks to Jim and his attention to service and detail.
