Vintage Nikon PSM-4 Microscope Main Control Power Supply Unit - Powers On

This listing is for a vintage Nikon PSM-4 microscope power supply control unit, proudly made in Japan. This specialized main power unit is a crucial component designed to operate the automated systems, integrated cameras, and circuitry of classic Nikon Microphot series research microscopes (such as the Microphot-FXA).

Provenance:

This unit was acquired directly from the University of Missouri surplus. It came from a climate-controlled, professional university laboratory setting where equipment is routinely maintained and cared for.

The unit has been basic power-tested. When plugged in and switched to the "On" position, the front power indicator successfully lights up bright green, and the internal cooling fan located on the bottom turns on smoothly. No further clinical or specialized equipment testing has been performed.

Please carefully review the multi-angle photos to inspect all rear port configurations, voltage toggle pins, and exact physical cosmetic details. This is a heavy, solid industrial unit and will be packaged with extra care using dense cushioning material to protect the chassis and inputs during shipping.
